This small still life was painted from life: objects set up infront of me instead of painting from an image.
 
The tea cup and mug are both items I found at Goodwill and just fell in love with. They're both such interesting objects. And while I purchased them for about a dollar each, I think they hold a lot more value. 
 
This painting is like a study or observation of these objects. Motivated by my fascination and love for these unwanted things.
