Your paintings are expensive, can I get a discount?
Original artwork, especially on a larger scale is expensive. That's why we have small paintings and drawings available as well. I have different payment plans available to help you purchase the art you love! Contact me with any questions. I also announce sales or auctions sometimes to clear out my studio, please sign up for my newsletter to stay up to date on any sales.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically built in to artwork price. Some pieces require heavier, or more complicated packages (e.g. crates). If shipping overseas, I may contact you with an additional shipping price.
When will I receive my order?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Large work may take longer to ship, depending on the final destination. If artwork is on display at the time of purchase, it will be sent out at the end of the predetermined showing time. Personal drop off and set up is also available, however that is site and order dependent. If interested in this option, contact for more information.
Can I ship to CANADA / INTERNATIONAL / APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
In general, returns are not accepted. These are original artworks making their ways to new homes. If you are in need of a return for extreme cases, please contact and describe the situation. If the return is accepted, the cost of shipping there, back, and 15% of the painting cost will be retained. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a partial refund for any orders damaged in shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Unless your pieces has already been shipped, just contact us so the order can be canceled. If the piece is already shipped, we would request that it is sent back. You will still be charged the cost of shipping, but the artwork cost will be refunded. Can only cancel orders up to 48 hours after placed.

How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail. You may opt out by unsubscribing or contacting here.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
