Every springtime, the front yard of my childhood home is covered in small purple daisies. To me, these little purple blooms always signified the arrival of sping and remind me of happy childhood days. I always think they're too pretty to pick. So intead I did a quick drawing from life. 
 
The quickness of the pasetl line as it expands into the negative space of the paper captures the energy and life of these springtime staples. 
 
This drawing comes with the frame. Note: there is no hanging hardware on the back of this frame.
